Billing and subscription management

MarkItDown AI is a browser-based document-to-Markdown conversion service operated from Hong Kong. Pro Monthly is listed at 19.90 USD per month. Online purchasing is currently unavailable, so this page cannot start a subscription or charge.

Managing Pro Monthly

When online billing becomes available, signed-in Pro Monthly subscribers will be able to manage their subscription from /settings/billing or contact support.

  • Manage billing opens the secure customer billing portal supplied for the subscriber's payment provider.
  • Cancel renewal stops the subscription from renewing after the current paid period.
  • Pro access remains available through the end of the paid billing period after renewal is canceled, unless access is suspended for a dispute, fraud, or abuse.
  • Canceling renewal does not create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.

Billing and refunds

The payment service provider will be identified before payment and will process payment-card information through its secure checkout. MarkItDown AI does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.

Duplicate charges or a verified material service failure reported within seven days of payment may be eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment service provider. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.

Card statement description

When card billing becomes available, customers should expect MARKITDOWN AI on their card statement. If a charge is unfamiliar, contact support before opening a dispute so we can help identify it.
