Service Delivery Policy

MarkItDown AI is a digital software service. We do not ship physical goods.

Browser Basic delivery

Browser Basic is available immediately from the website. Supported files are processed locally in the customer's browser, and the resulting Markdown can be previewed, copied, or downloaded.

Paid Enhanced delivery

Flex Pack: 14.90 USD once for 300 Enhanced pages valid for 180 days.
Pro Monthly: 29.90 USD per month for 1000 Enhanced pages per successfully paid billing period, plus the disclosed Pro Browser Basic limits.
Trial: one eligible verified Google account receives 10 Enhanced pages valid for 30 days, with no card and no automatic renewal.

Paid access is associated with the signed-in account after Stripe confirms payment. A Flex Pack grants Enhanced credits only and does not create a subscription. Pro Monthly allowance resets each paid billing period and does not roll over.

Delivery timing

Browser Basic access: immediate from the public website.
Paid entitlement: normally immediate after verified Stripe payment; webhook delivery or account review may cause a short delay.
Advanced results: timing depends on file size, format, complexity, and provider availability.

If paid access is not visible after confirmed payment, email support@markitdownai.org from the account email and include the order reference. We aim to provide an initial response within two business days.

File handling

Browser Basic files remain in the browser and are not uploaded. Eligible Advanced processing requires sign-in, a retention notice, and an explicit Convert with Advanced click before upload. The same-page file stays selected in browser memory; after a full-page sign-in redirect it must be selected again. MarkItDown AI is not a file-hosting, file-sharing, cyberlocker, or remote-download service.
