Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and request process for MarkItDown AI Pro Monthly subscriptions.

Monthly subscription cancellation

You may cancel Pro Monthly renewal at any time from /settings/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until then unless access is suspended for a dispute, fraud, or abuse.

Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.

Refund eligibility

A duplicate charge may be eligible for a refund after the duplicate payment is verified.

A payment may also be eligible when a material service failure prevents use of the paid plan and the issue is reported within seven days of payment with enough information for us to verify it.

A change of mind, unused subscription time, exhausted usage limits, unsupported features, or conversion quality that remains within the disclosed product boundaries does not normally qualify for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@markitdownai.org from the address on your account. Include the order reference, payment date, and a concise description of the duplicate charge or material service failure. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive document contents.

We aim to respond within three business days. Creem, as Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds and determines when funds appear based on the payment method and financial network.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
